  • Examples—what a full day of eating could look like with your specific macros
  • Training program specifically tailored to your likes/dislikes. You can select from training at home or in a gym (recommended)
  • Detailed training program laid out in an easy to understand format with all sets/reps/rest times specified
  • All exercises explained in detail with video assistance
  • Advice on protocols to aid you in the process of losing weight or gaining muscle

  • Supplement guidance—differentiation between products that are not necessary and those which can be beneficial (supplements are never NEEDED, but can be used to assist you in the process)
