If you're a beginner, we get you set up with a solid foundation. 4 Weeks works as a great trial period if you are unsure about this style of training.
With the purchase of this plan you will receive:
- Nutrition plan that compliments your training program
- Guidance/advice on how to track your food
- Your own personal split of macronutrients tailored towards your goals and lifestyle
- Examples—what a full day of eating could look like with your specific macros
- Training program specifically tailored to your likes/dislikes. You can select from training at home or in a gym (recommended)
- Detailed training program laid out in an easy to understand format with all sets/reps/rest times specified
- All exercises explained in detail with video assistance
- Advice on protocols to aid you in the process of losing weight or gaining muscle
- Advice on targeting specific body parts
- Continuous support through a VIP email, all clients are encouraged to contact their coach as much as they please throughout the week leading to their weekly check-in
- Instant messaging platform for quick interactions or questions
- Weekly check-ins required. Adjustments are made every week based on your update, both to your nutrition and training program but only as needed
- Supplement guidance—differentiation between products that are not necessary and those which can be beneficial (supplements are never NEEDED, but can be used to assist you in the process)
