High School Athlete Nutrition Package
Our team of Nutritionists and Strength & Conditioning Coaches will collaboratively teach the athlete:
- Proper nutrition practices
- The vital role nutrition plays in proper growth and development
- The role of Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fats in an athlete
- How to gain/lose weight properly
- How to eat for optimal performance and focus
- How the diet changes in and out of season
Our coaches will then connect with the athlete to set up a plan of action for THEIR needs. Every athlete will have different goals, so we will customize their nutrition plan to fit those goals.
The athlete will then have access to contact one of our coaches whenever they have questions or want to update their nutrition plan.
